Privacy notice
What this site and a Buddy Bargin store keep, where it goes, and how to have it removed.
Last updated October 16, 2026
Who runs it
Buddy Bargin is operated by Workflow Corporation. Each store is run by the media company whose name is on it; that company decides what to sell and who to email, and Workflow Corporation runs the software and the servers for it.
This site
This site has no database, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
If you request a store on the Get started page, what you type (your name, station or company, market, email, phone and message) is emailed to our team so we can reach you, and kept in the server’s log. We use it only to reply to you and set up your store.
When you check a station, the call letters you type go to the FCC’s public station records and the U.S. Census Bureau’s public map service. Their answers are held in the server’s memory for a few hours so a repeat lookup is quick, and are never written down.
What a store keeps
- Your order
- Your name, your email, what you bought and your voucher codes, so the store can send your voucher, show it again and let the business redeem it.
- A card payment
- The amount, your name and email, and Stripe’s reference for the payment. Your card number is typed on Stripe’s own checkout page and never reaches the store.
- A gift
- If you send a deal as a gift, the recipient’s name and email, your message and the delivery date are kept with your order, so the store can email the voucher to them on that day. If someone sent you a gift, you can ask the store to remove your details (see Your choices below).
- The newsletter
- Your email and name, if you sign up. Unsubscribing stops the emails; the store keeps the row marked as unsubscribed so it never emails you again by mistake.
- Counts
- How many times each deal was viewed, claimed and redeemed each day. No person is in these.
- Your IP address
- Briefly, to limit repeated form submissions. The record is cleared when its time window ends.
Your cart is kept in your own browser, not on the server. The only cookies a store sets are the sign-in for the store’s staff and for the businesses’ redemption portal.
Who else takes part
- Stripe takes card payments for the media company, under Stripe’s privacy policy.
- Resend delivers receipt and voucher emails.
- Google Cloud hosts the stores and this site, in the us-east1 region in the United States.
- The business you bought from sees your voucher code and the name on the order when you redeem it.
Your choices
Nothing about you is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising. To see, correct or remove what a store keeps about you, ask the store: its name is on your voucher and its staff can find your order by your name, your email or a voucher code.
If you received a gift, the same applies: ask the store named on the gift email to correct or remove your name and email.
To leave a store’s newsletter, ask the store: its staff can unsubscribe you.
